Technical Writer

Project Description:

We are looking for a talented Technical Writer , who would like to join our team in Kyiv.
Our platform helps the bank to increase efficiency and scalability, reduce operational risk and eliminate the majority of manual interventions in processing margin calls.. The platform is a set of front-end tools and back-end engines.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, maintain and update technical documentation including description of application architecture, infrastructure, DB schemas, algorithms etc.
- Collaborate with technical staff and SMEs.
- Work with Jira, Confluence etc. to collect information.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience as a technical writer working with enterprise-level software development
- 3-5 years English language documentation authoring
- Expert in creating clear, concise language and sentence structure
- Template design experience
- Experience in API documentation
- Experience in Confluence, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
- Ability to research and collate background information from a variety of internal and external sources
- Writing samples required
- Excellent written and spoken English, as well as your communication skills.
- Able to focus on detail whilst explaining the big picture

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in Investment banking is a big advantage
• MSSQL knowledge
• Advanced user of Jira tool.

Languages:

• English: B2 Upper Intermediate
