- Project Description:Learning Management and Development enables each member of the company to access various training services, such as trainer-led courses, upskilling programs for Direct and Line Managers, webinars, foreign language lessons, training paths & sets, internship programs, self-learning libraries, external providers (conferences and certifications), and other training services.
- Responsibilities:
- Mandatory Skills:Proactivity, Microsoft Excel, Self-motivated, Microsoft Outlook, Communication Skills, Organisational Skills, Problem Solving, Attention to details
- Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience of training/or events organization. Experience in event organization (corporate events, students organizations, training)
- Languages:
- • Support of trainings in location;• Training preparation (infrastructure, materials, invitations, certificates);• Administering internal management systems and tools;• Introduction trainings organization, closing in the system• Coordinating "in class" and virtual training courses;• Contacting providers and employees;• Coordinating payment process in cooperation with various stakeholders - Legal, Finance, HR departments;
