It is a project to develop and support LuxTalent system which helps automate learning and personnel administration processes. The system is based on based on Cornerstone OnDemand products, it is a cloud solution.
The support team of the project is responsible for user support of these information systems. There are about 13000 employees in Luxoft spread over different locations in Switzerland, UK, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Great Britain, USA, etc.
All of the Luxoft employees are our users. We perform user support (advising, permission control, help with settings configuration) and technical maintenance. We use ServiceDesk system to handle user tickets for support.
Background in programming and web development (C#, ASP.NET or Java)
