Project Description:
The role will be supporting the Employer Branding team in the day-to-day efforts of attracting and retaining talents via multiple channels and activities, including social media and digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- • Сollaborate on the national level with Human Resources and Corporate Communications departments. • Support day-to-day activities for Talent Management Organization. • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls to action, and content used to send emails. • Manage multiple vendor relationships including creative agency. • Create presentations and marketing materials with the creative agency. • Create content for corporate accounts in social media
Mandatory Skills:
- • 3+ years of experience in Marketing; previous experience in IT is a plus. • Proactive and self-driven to network internally and externally. • Ability to manage internal stakeholders to meet deadlines. • English - Advanced/Fluent. • Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
