DIGI SPOSA is looking for a sales representative with experience within sales and customer service.

We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customers. The right candidate will be confident, highly motivated, solution oriented, learn quickly, work efficiently, independently and appreciate team work. Your assignment will be to boost revenue growth, customer satisfaction and profitability. The position will be located in our head office in Kiev, Ukraine and includes travelling in Europe occasionally.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities & assignments:

• Present, promote and sell our products, services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost--benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Establishes new accounts by reaching out to new leads
• Planning and organizing daily schedule tasks
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on prices, products, marketing, merchandising techniques, etc
• Recommends changes in our products, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by studying the company profile and products; studying the markets past and future; reviewing professional publications; attending educational or social market events
• Contributes to team effort and continuously improve through feedback

Requirements;

• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Excellent English and communication skills are required.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• BS/BA degree or equivalent
