We are looking for a responsible and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. We need a positive and professional person, who will take care about our employees and help us to make our company better!
Required skills:
- 3+ year of experience as IT Recruiter/HR Generalist/HR manager;
- Ability to manage HR matters and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization in order to improve HR quality and planning;
- Experience with a full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, networking, screening, interviewing, negotiating potential offers, onboarding), working with different candidates levels (Junior/Middle/Senior);
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people across different locations, cultures and levels within the company;
- Proven leadership and management skills;
- Have the ability to prioritize responsibilities and tasks;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, build trust and use sound judgment;
- Good problem solving and conflict management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- At least an Intermediate level of English.
You will be doing:
- Implementing Company HR policies and procedures into teams and provide full support to managers and employees on all HR issues;
- Facilitate the employee onboarding and orientation processes and programs locally; working with other members of HR team to continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a new employee success in their role and the company overall;
- Support managers in coaching and mentoring employees on a regular basis; address and resolve employee concerns and issues; provide advice and counsel employees and supervisors;
- Participating in salary review process (communication with managers and employees, provide responsible managers with salary raise proposal to be approved);
- Identifying new HR-practices that could be introduced or suggesting modifications to existing practices that could reduce retention risks and increase employees' engagement;
- Managing dismissal process;
- Full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, networking, screening, interviewing, negotiating potential offers, onboarding), working with different candidates levels (Junior/Middle/Senior);
- Hands-on with an internal database and keeping candidates info and feedbacks updated;
- Making research of labor market and salaries;
- Adaptation of new staff;
- Motivation and retention of employees;
- Working with conflict situations.
