Requirements:

• Good acumen of HR industry trends, understanding of IT business peculiarities;
• Excellent communication skills;
• High level of responsibility and self-discipline;
• Consultancy skills, specifically analysis and providing solutions;
• Can develop ad hoc interventions and engage decision making stakeholders behind required actions.
• English Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities: 

• Provide full scope of HR service (excluding recruitment);
• Facilitate in resolving complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary;
• Consult the line management on strategic and operational people management issues;
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention;
• Drive, influence, advise and support and predict the cultural and people aspects in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth.
