Scrum Master

Requirements: 

A minimum of 1,5 years of experience as a Scrum Master

Scrum master certification

You should understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, and the use of JIRA

Excellent understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles

Deep understanding of SDLC and development pipelines

Excellent time management, decision making and organizational skills and be able to work well with others as part of a team on all levels

Fluent English and communication skills is just a must

As a plus: 

Working in SAFe 

Working in 2 teams

Strong leadership skills

Background in agile environments

Experience of delivering projects in a client-vendor relationship

Communication, coaching and mentoring skills

Guiding, coaching and mentoring 1 development team; there might be a 2nd teams later on

Establishing, supporting and optimizing the processes within the teams and on higher levels

Close cooperation with PO and BA in the team and management from customer side

Meetings and workshops facilitation

Facilitating team releases and responsibility for release process

Removing the impediments for the team

Synching with customer management and Scrum masters to improve the organizational process on the department level

Client: is the largest online shopping mall in Netherlands.

With more than 10000 affiliated online shops and an assortment of more than 45 million products that eCommerce platform provides a clear overview of what's for sale online. The website is visited daily by 500,000 shoppers. Online shoppers look for a product, compare prices, delivery times and reviews of various online shops and place an order in the shop of their choice.

Current team setup: 2 dedicated UA teams working together with client using Scrum approach

6 PHP Engineers, 2 Python Engineers, 2 Automation QA, DevOps

You will be responsible for 1 or 2 teams

Stakeholders and Product Owners are on client's side
