Office/Travel manager

We need/requirements:

? 2+ years of experience in a similar position (travel industry is a plus);

? Associate's or Bachelor's Degree;

? Intermediate English level as a minimum;

? Understanding and anticipating of clients/employees needs and travel preferences;

? Organizing business trips abroad (UK/USA);

? Helping with Visa preparation for our clients and contractors;

? Resolving client's request and ability to handle business communication;

? Ensuring accurate and timely presentation of clients' travel documentation;

? Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) within the organization;

? Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks;

Responsibilities:

? Handle and oversee all travel arrangements and operations;

? Provide advise on travel documents, visa preparation etc.;

? Book tickets and reconcile expenses;

? Coordinate office needs ( with suppliers, cleaning services and couriers);

? Suggest Improvements as to the office work environment.
