Trade Marketing Manager in the region Ukraine\Moldova\Georgia\Azerbaijan

Our client - international manufacturing company is looking for Trade Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the knowledge center for assigned categories with market, competitors, consumer, channel and customers understanding and true expert on products.
  • To take an active part in developing and implementing marketing plans and programs as per Operating Plan guidelines and overall regional marketing strategy in the assigned region.
  • To promote hand tools, storage and accessories sales through demonstration, provide support and product knowledge expertise to Sales employees, dealers and end users via product application training to sell to the targeted channels / markets and against the relevant competition.
  • To develop product mix recommendations according to corporate requirements, based on product quality assessment and in line with customers’ needs.
  • To forecast starting stocks of input products based on market, sales and customer data during new product launch.
  • To prepare product cost analysis and update price lists on a regular basis.
  • To master competition monitoring, market and consumer understanding via market surveys and data collection.
  • To manage in-life product performance conducting extensive numeric analysis using company data.
  • To work with internal resources/ outsourced providers to develop marketing materials and provide Sales employees and relevant Functional teams as well as customers with updated collateral (catalogues, brochures, flyers, etc.) and other relevant marketing info as per agreed calendar. 
  • To coordinate and control all project management activities of relevant product integration/ launches/ changes. 
  • To build strong working relations with various functions and departments across the company.  


Requirements: 

  • 3+ years’ work experience in sales&marketing in a foreign or large local company.
  • Experience with managing category/customer P&L and working in Matrix organizations. 
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English, Ukrainian and Russian. 
  • Advanced user of Excel and numerical analysis skills. 
  • Ability to write and deliver marketing and training materials (MS PowerPoint). 
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills, team player, comfortable to work in crosscultural environment and matrix structure. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple projects at the same time, project management skills. 
  • Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast pasted environment that is continually changing.
