Investment Analyst

Currently, Dragon Capital Investment Team is looking for an Investment Analyst who will join a team to provide support in business processes, making financial reports and portfolio monitoring. We can offer an opportunity to enter a private equity industry by joining one of the most prestigious investment companies in the region.

Responsibilities (are not limited to the following):

• Performance of in-depth analysis and market research of potential investment targets;
• Providing of a transactional support in completing transactions, i.e. modeling, valuation reports, memorandum term sheets, etc.
• Assistance in company portfolio preparation for fundraising incl. creating financial models from scratch, creating pitch decks and other materials for potential investors;
• Monitoring companies' portfolio performance, gathering and analyzing company-specific operational and financial information.

Requirements

• To be advanced in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Analytical and business modeling skills, understanding statistical and valuation concepts;
• Skills in research; demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ability to deep dive into complex topics and generate actionable insight;
• Ability to present complex ideas persuasively, both verbally and in writing with colleagues at all levels in the company;
• Profound interest in digital business and problem-solving in a wide range of topics; good general business acumen.

Would be an advantage:

• Professional experience in IB/Big4;
• CFA started would be highly appreciated;
• Understanding of M&A and PE investment circle;
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
