GROUPE ATLANTIC is an international company founded in 1968 with over 11 600 employees, 31 industrial plants and a constant international development.

Our site of Ukraine in Odessa, 300 employees within 2 production units (Water heaters & heating panels), is looking for its Human Resources Manager.

The working format requires physical presence in our Odessa production facility.

You will be responsible to develop and administer HR plans, procedures & projects in line with company’s development & strategy plans while maintaining employer and employee satisfaction.

Here are examples of projects & missions within your scope of responsibilities:

Recruitment: Attract, recruit and retain human resources by find innovative ways to reach candidates (job fares, announcement posting, etc.)

Working time, payroll, Salary policy: Challenge the existing C&B policy to reach greater attractivity and retention of employees while respecting company’s financial constraints.

Competencies & skills management: Ensure the adequacy of employees with their jobs by working with GM on skills' development projects and anticipation of needs in competencies.

Social climate: The ability to identify employees' needs and effectively support them in a particularly difficult situation, maintain a good social climate, demonstrate field orientation — on-site support for employees.

Social Law Monitoring and disciplinary management: Ensure legal compliance and support managers in their disciplinary.

Management of HR team (Payroll assistant, administrative assistant, Recruiter): Make the team grow in their missions to ensure continuous improvement and client orientation.

What you need to join us:

Education and Experience

  • High Education (speciality in HR or social would be preferable)
  • At least 5 years experience in HR and a successful managerial experience
  • Experience in an international company
  • Experience in manufactoring company would be a +
  • Upper intermediate English

Other important skills that we would like to see:

  • Strong knowledge of social law and HR Processes
  • Comfortable with project management
  • Field orientation: motivation to spend time in workshop and work closely with operational & managerial teams
  • Ability to juggle between employees' satisfaction fulfilment & business requirements
