Procurement specialist

        International manufacturing company, located in Odessa, is seeking Procurement specialist to join our logistic team. This is multi-task role which involves procurement, stock management, production logistics with some warehouse logistics. We consider for this role both experienced candidates and young professionals willing to develop their expertise in the field of supply chain.

Job Duties:

• Procurement of components and materials for manufacturing.
• Maintaining purchase orders status, monitoring delivery terms to ensure they are on time. 
• Ensuring adequate stock level according to the purchasing parameters to prevent out of stocks and overstock issues
• Contracts negotiations, managing  import shipment documents. 
  
• Supervision over correct delivery of components from the warehouse to the production line.
• Production planning and scheduling. 
  
• Monthly inventory taking and reporting, stock movement operations.

A good candidate should have the follow skills and competences:

• Experience in inventory management, material supply management
  
• Experience in procurement both local and import.?
  
• High education (Economical or technical)
• Analytical mindset, ability to structure processes and to see a big picture under a set of facts
  
• Good English speaking and writing skills - mandatory
• Result oriented, ready to master new skills
  
• Willing to work in industrial environment
