The main activity is the provision of financial services for individuals in Latvia, Poland, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Moldova. The company's activities are coordinated from the main office in Vilnius.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of credit risk management tools
• Ability to work with large amounts of data – strong knowledge in SQL, Excel
• Ability to develop borrower assessment models (scorecards)
• Experience of working in financial companies or banks would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of credit policy, decision-making systems: scorecards, rules
• Launch and support of new projects in terms of credit risks
• Reporting
• Planing and analysis of efficiency
• Analysis of loan portfolio
• Negotiating with external information providers
• Analysis of the profitability of loan products
