CAPEX Senior Buyer

SC "LACTALIS-UKRAINE" is a world leader on dairy market, is looking for "CAPEX Senior Buyer", location in Nikolayev, plant.

Main responsibilities:

• planning the procurements operation on CAPEX;
• tracking and improving the procedure of CAPEX procurements;
• developing and implementing standard conditions of procurements for для CAPEX RFI / RFQ and contracts;
• organizing and conducting the bid proposals for procurement conduction in the frames of CAPEX;
• conducting regular meetings with stakeholders of the project for status updating and solving raised issues;
• conducting the database of suppliers and developing long-term relationships with them;
• managing, developing and motivating the team.

Main requirements:

• higher education (economics or engineering);
• 3+ years experience in international or local companies in the food industry;
• high level of English;
• experience in supply chain / contract management on EXW / FCA terms;
• broker / customs control;
• management of the payment process;
• good Project management skills;
• strong communication and managerial skills;
