Requirements:

Higher full legal education.

Experience in law from 10 years.

Knowledge in international corporate, contract.

Experience in working with non-resident companies.

Knowledge in foreign and local regulation.

Fluent spoken and written English.

Good time-management skills, confident soft skills, excellent communication skills.

Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

High level of self-motivation, proactiveness, and commitment to results.

 Responsibilities:

Communication with foreign participants.

Study and analysis of the legal services market to the outlined plan.

Study and analysis of the legislation of the jurisdiction upon request.

Negotiations with foreign and local partners, etc.

Control over settlements with counterparties.

Execution and control of orders.

Preparation of international agreements.

Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies\instructions;

Opening accounts in banks.

Participation in developing legal guidelines, policies, and internal corporate standards;

Support of the company’s day-to-day activity.
