International consulting company is looking for a lawyer in corporate and international law to work in the Kyiv office of the company.

The main duties:

• Analysis and systematisation of legislation of different jurisdictions to develop compliance and risk management programs for each jurisdiction;
• Monitoring of customer compliance procedures
• Implementation of AML & Anti-Corruption Convention principles in the companies of the  clients;
• Assisting local agents in complying with KYC requirements for set up of companes and opening bank accounts services;
• Development internal policies to comply AML and data protection standards;
• Legal support for company registrations in different  jurisdictions;
• Legal support of the fulfilment of compliance obligations with local legislation, including license terms for hight risk business clients;
• Coordination of licensing processes (IT, Gambling, Fin-tech and other e-commerce & tech projects)
• Communication with foreign lawyers of the group of companies
• Conducting due diligence procedures

Requirement:

• Higher education or master's degree in law
• Professional experience in taxation and compliance control
• Readiness to work in the field of consulting
• Fluency in English
