Junior Associate/Associate, Transport and Infrastructure

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Junior Associate/Associate to join our growing Transport and Infrastructure team. This position will be ideal for a motivated and ambitious young professional who is detail-oriented and well-organized.

Job duties:

• Conducting research on various legal and industry-related business matters (primarily in the areas of infrastructure, procurement and construction)
• Preparing legal advice, memoranda, reports, contracts and delivering other work products to the clients in complex matters and under tight deadlines
• Contacting governmental authorities and performing research to obtain publicly available information
• Maintaining communication with the clients
• Preparation of high-quality fee proposals and other marketing materials

Key requirements:

• Outstanding academic credentials from a top Ukrainian law school
• At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a reputable Ukrainian or international law firm
• Specialization in infrastructure, real estate, land, procurement and/or construction is an advantage
• Strong analytical, legal writing, and research skills
• Outstanding working proficiency in English (including legal writing and speaking skills)
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian
• Familiarity and competency with technology
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and excellent time-management skills
• Proactive approach to work, flexibility, and commitment to results
• Willingness to build a career on a longstanding basis
