Jr. Associate / Associate, Banking & Finance and Capital Markets

Job duties may include (depending on your experience and offered grade):

• Advising clients on cross-border finance transactions
• Drafting and negotiating financing documentation (facility agreements, security agreements, etc.)
• Preparing memoranda and opinions on banking & finance regulatory matters
• Assisting the government and donors on legal reforms in the area of finance and capital markets
• Legal analysis of applicable laws and court practice
• Managing separate project workstreams 

Key requirements:

• 2-6 years of relevant practical experience as associate with a law / consulting firm or in-house lawyer with a reputable international company or bank
• Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence, legal memoranda, transactional documents in English, Ukrainian, Russian
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in English, Russian, and Ukrainian is a must
• Proactive approach to work, initiative
• Ability and willingness to study and to grow professionally
