Responsibilities:

• Interact with partners, senior colleagues and clients
• Extensive legal research, providing and supporting results of your analysis
• Draft various legal documents, prepare marketing materials
• Participate in client projects and business development of the practice

Requirements:                     

• Degree in law
• 2+ years of experience in private wealth management practice and/or corporate law, gambling (a real benefit), international sanctions
• Ability to catch new skills and knowledge on the go
• Professional fluency in oral and written English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude to work and desire to excel
• Readiness for overtime work
