Associate/Senior Associate, IP Practice

Duties include:
•    High level advising clients on a wide range of IP and related matters including but not limited to anti-counterfeiting, anti-piracy, IPR protection on customs border etc.;
•    Managing IPR enforcement projects;
•    Representing clients before related State bodies and courts.
 
Key requirements:
•    From 3 years of work experience at a leading Ukrainian or international law firm in IP Practice is a must;
•    Deep knowledge of IP law and related procedural legislation;
•    Fluency in English;
•    Deep experience in projects management;
•    “Client-centric” mindset, constant high level of responsibility;
•    Strong analytical and research skills;
•    good interpersonal communicational skills.
