Associate (tax practice)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable Ukrainian law school
• 3 + years of professional experience in law firm and 1+ on tax side
• Practical knowledge of tax and commercial law, foreign economic activity matters
• Attorney-at-law license is a must
• Fluency in legal English is a must
• Computer literacy

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advising both legal entities and individuals on tax, commercial, regulatory and foreign economic activity law matters
• conducting tax due diligence
• contesting of the results of tax audit in administrative and court procedure
• participation in court trials (tax disputes)
• Conducting legal due diligence
