Responsibilities:

Onboarding process for new hires.

Conducting 1 to 1.

Working on the company's personal brand

Maintaining budget and internal documentation

Organizing team building events and other activities

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately

Personality and ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful and changing circumstances

Will be a plus:

Psychology background
