Account manager serves as the link between us and the customers they've been assigned to handle. They listen carefully to a client's needs and figure out ways to achieve these objectives. Account manager develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue. Ensures that organizational services consistently meet client needs. As the primary day-to-day contact for customers, the Account Manager is a critical team member and helps set the tone for the organization.
