FOCUS REACTIVE is hiring for a Business Development Manager.
What you should do:
Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within client companies;
Research, identify and qualify incoming, emerging, and new leads;
Identify emerging trends and client needs and work with engineering, marketing, and Focus Reactive leadership to inform new offerings, differentiated value propositions;
Manage the legal and contract process from review to signature;
Represent Focus Reactive at conferences and meetups;
Maintain our CRM system and business development resources;
Achieve revenue and profit targets.
Your Competency Profile:
You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken;
You have 4+ years of experience in the IT services sales;
You have experience in strategic account management, business development and relationship building;
You have knowledge of design, engineering, and innovation and the ability to speak the language of the discipline;
You know how to manage projects.
A working knowledge of the technologies we use and the ability to explain these to non-engineering folk;
A solid black book of contacts in the UK / EU that will help boost our network and scope.
