We are looking for a result-oriented and energetic Delivery Excellence Manager (IT department) who will be responsible for delivery control and development processes improvement.

Responsibilities

· Control of delivery within agreed scope, quality, deadlines and budget

· Set up best practices (processes & tools) to ensure smooth delivery of projects and initiatives

· Create, implement and monitor performance & quality metrics

· Report on performance & efficiency of development teams

· Proactively improve development methodology, processes and procedures

· Share best practices and knowledge between the development domains

Requirements

· Great communication skills, result-orientation, self-dependence, self-motivation, ability effectively work in high-pressure environment

· Knowledge of project management methodologies

· Scrum and Kanban practical experience

· Practical project management experience, minimum 5 years

· Experience in development processes & tools implementation and continual improvement, metrics analysis

· Fluent English

Desirable

· Telco industry experience 5+ years

· PMP certification

· Knowledge of ITIL & COBIT frameworks
