We are looking for a Head of IT infrastructure to join our team.

Required skills:

• Education in the field of telecommunications.
• Work experience of at least 7 years in telecommunication technical function, of which 3 in management positions
• Knowledge of the principles for building and operating infrastructure IT services systems
• Experience in a management position of at least 3 years
• Knowledge of principles of software interaction and complex systems construction
• English - fluent
• Ability to organize work with specified quality in critical situations.

Responsibilities:

• Organize the preparation of tenders and competitions for the selection of partners
• Ensure uninterrupted work with an appropriate level of quality and development of infrastructure IT services (DNS, DHCP, E-mail, MSO365, AD, VPN, FW, IP-network, IP-telephony, Monitoring systems, Work Stations, etc.) that implemented by the resources of the unit, in accordance with the approved rules and regulations of the Company
• Forms key strategic initiatives for the development of infrastructure IT services systems
• Develop and submit for approval a 3-year technical plan for the development of IT infrastructure and systems for providing infrastructure IT services
• Determine additional resources
