Product Designer

We are looking for UX Designer to join our Product Development Team. You will join the in-house development team, whose main responsibility is building Kyivstar's new products. The role has all the advantages of working in a product team - versatile projects, plenty of independence, chance to influence the direction of the development and opportunity to grow with the role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and development team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Create prototypes for new product ideas, research, and testing.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Analyze customer journeys and find ways to improve existing user's flows.
• Conduct research and tests for intuitive and experience, analyze data to maintain evidence-based design process.
• Participate in key internal meetings including weekly\daily status updates and planning sessions. Work in SCRUM framework

Required skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
• Proven experience of applying Service Design or Human-Centered Design.
• A strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Sketch or Figma.
• Skills in dynamic prototyping & low fidelity prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, Figma, Proto.io, Framer, UXPin or other of your choice). Paper prototyping experience.
• Knowledge of Customer Development will be a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
