Kyivstar, part of VEON Group, extends the Business Strategy team with Business Strategy Specialist position.

Main responsibilities:

• Active involvement in key strategic Company projects and strategy scenarios development: complex business & market valuation, due diligence support
• Proactive seeking opportunities the Company can use to enhance its competitive positions, delivering insights on products and projects for decision making
• Developing business cases for commercial initiatives related to new revenue streams of Company (Big Data, IoT, Cloud, Mobile Finance, etc.).
• Building an effective dialogue both external and cross-functional cooperation (within Commercial, Technical & Financial teams) in business decisions making processes
• On-going analysis of global telecom and near telecom industry trends

Main requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Math or Cybernetics received from a reputable university
• Experience in Finance/Commercial Finance/Analytics (Big Four, Investment companies, Stock exchange) (minimum 3 year)
• Experience in M&A deals support would be a strong advantage
• Strong analytical & modelling skills
• Excellence in MS Office (advanced user of Excel & PowerPoint) is a must, knowledge of business intelligence tools is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to translate complex raw data into simple key messages
• Upper-intermediate level of English
