    Inbound Call Center Agent (Сommercial contact center "Kyivstar Business")

     

    General Purpose

    Answer incoming calls from customers, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their enquiries
    • Provide a high level of personalised customer service
    • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
    • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
    • Turkish//English/ native speaker (or with long experience of working/studying abroad)
    • Proficient MS Office user
    • Completed Higher education
    • Experience in working in DTC services is a plus
    • +1 year of working experience
    • Experience in Call Center is a plus
    • English is a plus
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Listening skills
