Business Assistant/Deputy CEO

Required skills:

  • • 3+ years of Relevant experience in IT - must have
    Proficiency in English, Russian
  • Strong communication skills, written/verbal
  • Exceptional organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, multitasking abilities
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance
  • Proven office management, administrative (assistant) experience at least 3 year
  • Tracking budget expenses
  • Supply management
    Communication and negotiation, Stress-resistance, Multitask ability, Great planning and organizational skills; Flexible; Time management; Problem solving

    As a plus:
  • Awareness of legal and finance field of Cyprus
  • Cyprus infrastructure knowledge
  • Car availability

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all admin tasks, keeping paperwork organised, collaborating with accounts for requesting documents etc.
  • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • Managing office budgets
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Welcoming guests
  • Managing cleaning staff
  • Assist in organising company events such as Team Building, Parties, partners dinners etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
