We are looking for a full-time, motivated and confident Customer Care Specialist to join our amazing Customer Service Team. Our specialists are committed to provide exceptional customer support service to ensure customer loyalty and increase satisfaction.
What you will do:
Play a key role in the Customer Experience cycle;
Address Customers’ queries and requests via chat and email;
Prioritise tasks and manage a workflow;
Showcase a great knowledge of the product and constantly upgrade it;
Identify clients’ needs and concerns;
Manage your weekly schedule and coordinate it with the rest of your team.
What you will need:
Upper-Intermediate or Fluent spoken and written English;
Ability to work in the office environment;
Flexible and open-minded attitude;
Eagerness to take a 1 week training course;
Team player and career-driven mind-set.
