We’re an i-gaming (online casino) company of more than 180 employees, founded in 2016, with offices in Ukraine, Latvia, South Africa and Moldova. Our products focus on markets in Australia, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, and Brazil among other countries.
We are seeking to expand the team with an addition of a Sales Manager (English speaking). The successful candidate will be tasked with handling a selection of customers while joining a great team atmosphere that delivers players the care and attention required to experience the best service in the industry.
Skills/Qualifications required:
Previous experience in customer service role, IGaming field is an advantage but not a must – 6+ months
Friendly, confident and positive communicator
Advanced/Fluent English language, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
Build trust and strong relationships with customers
Handle customers’ day-to-day queries, including out of hours when necessary, to provide the best possible service
Monitor customer behaviors, interests, and ensure that customer expectations are met
Maintain regular contact with customers through a variety of channels (chat-room, phone, email, messengers)
Meet (and exceed) commercial targets for assigned clients
Propose recommendations based on interactions with customers
Monitor individual customer performance
Manage customer accounts and, when needed, update customer information in database
Close collaboration with other departments
Inform customers, make commercial offers, personal offers tailored to customers
Go an extra mile to provide a truly personal customer experience
