Digital Transformation Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. The potential candidate must combine business intelligence, technical know-how, and familiarity with the business and its vision to perform essential duties.

Responsibilities include:

- Conduct in-depth analysis for business-optimization projects

- Perform systematic business analysis and develop innovative digital solutions that align with business/operation’s needs

- Propose and design multiple software solutions for business goals and process automation

- Build an entire project lifecycle from concept to implementation

- Provide appropriate feedback to resolve existing technical issues regarding projects

- Foster open communication among executive stakeholders, engineers, and senior managers

Requirements:

- Ability to optimize software solutions through research, analysis of business processes and procedures, and implementation

- Understand business goals and requirements

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst will be advantageous

- Strong background in IT, engineering, or a relevant field

- Experience in software development will be advantageous

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

- Advanced English (Russian proficiency is highly preferable)
