Training Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and effective training program manager who:

• will perform the assessments of learning needs throughout the company
• will align the training with company objectives
• will help us create modern and relevant learning content
• will generate creative ideas for training initiatives that should reinforce what employees and clients learn
• will help us to keep our trainings up-to-date and our LMS system in full-action!

Conditions:

• Assist in the creation, review, testing and implementation of the courses
• schedule — by agreement, evening — until 23:00 p.m
• Maintain, categorize and update data integrity for the LMS, such as course descriptions, course or class changes, training content, materials, user groups, etc.
• Work with Training Manager to identify and refresh the course asset library, and manages tracking of course revisions and history
• Assist with publishing, updating and archiving assets to maintain current Knowledge Base library
• Become a subject matter expert on our LMS, keeping informed of system features and updates and recommending changes as applicable
• Facilitate instructor-led training, including webinars
• Complete basic video editing for training videos as needed

• A high level of organization and ability to take initiative
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working effectively with people at all levels in the organization
• A keen attention to detail, with an eye for grammar and design
• Ability to balance multiple projects and assignments
• Ability to prioritize effectively and communicate updates in a timely fashion
• Ability to think creatively to problem solve
• Strong technical skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
• Training creating experience
• LMS and eLearning authoring tools experience or learning facilitation experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of teaching methods and strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
