We're looking for an Effective Sales Analyst skilled in sales operations, analyzing sales and market data, providing valuable feedback, and useful ideas to guide our market activities. Highly proficient in Excel and all aspects of commercial sales operations. Our ideal candidate thinks critically through the lens of data and analysis, works effectively in a fast-paced environment, develops, maintains, updates companywide reports, and dashboards.
You're the one we need if you have:
Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, physics, or accounting
Strong knowledge of Excel
Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
High level of organization and detail-orientation
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
A good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent time management
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Operations/Sales Analyst
Examples of Regular Projects:
Develop and execute business analysis and reporting activities that are aligned with our sales strategies
Analyze the sales pipeline to present insights to sales leaders
Identify insights from our CRM (HubSpot) data to drive growth as we scale the Go To Market organization
Drive adoption of KPI dashboards and tools across the leadership team, deliver on-demand training on behalf of sales operations in the region
Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly statistics
Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success
Track and report on operational metrics that impact sales and customer experience
Develop new KPIs based on business needs
Ad hoc business analysis to support a decision on strategic initiatives (promos, GTM, etc.)
Partner to prepare business analysis for QBRs, Summits, All Hands
Become a subject matter expert for our Hubspot.com CRM and all sales related tools where all our data resides

Job location options: remotely
Working hours: aligned with the U.S. Holidays and US Eastern Time business hours (from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m.).
