To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Lead Generation Representative to join our Sales team. This role is essential for generating potential clients for our business and enterprise solutions to reach our company milestones.

 

Your impact

 

The Lead Generation Representative has an extraordinary opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and its driven revenue targets.

 

  • Within your first 30 days, you'll become deeply familiar with Grammarly's products, brand, and our existing workflows and processes. You'll generate 1,000 leads per month.
  • By month three, you'll improve quality over quantity while understanding buyer personas.
  • By month six, you will scale performance and start onboarding new hires.
  • By month nine, you will own, drive, and consult on lead generation
  • By year one, you will become a lead generation superhero with the potential of leading the team of lead gens.
  • Beyond year one: Congrats! You've increased our team's efficiency manyfold and automated many new processes. Next up is setting up a Lead Gen team as a separate business unit within the Sales team.

 

We're looking for someone who

 

  • Embodies our EAGER values-is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
  • Is highly skilled in analysis and research for such markets as the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
  • Has at least one year of experience working with sales development apps like Outreach, SalesLoft, Hunter.io, or similar.
  • Is comfortable working in CRMs such as Sugar, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Has advanced skills in PC use.
