IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to establish and control operational and strategic connections between staff and outsource workers.

Requirements:

• 1 year+ of experience as Project Manager;
• Experience in outsourcing companies;
• Strong leadership and communications skills;
• Ability to organize and document projects, results, and schedules in project management tools;
• Knowledge of computer science;
• At least Upper-intermediate English.

Goals:

• Ensure the development process is smooth, transparent, and predictable.
• Establish implementation of client's and staff's needs in the best way.
• Keep on track and share current development status, schedule, forecasts, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure effective cross-team collaboration.
  

Responsibility:

• Manage staff and outsource programmers and designers;
• Creating prototypes of project features (via XD Adobe, Figma, Draw.io);
• Track development progress using company adopted tools to make sure, the schedule is on track;
• Organization of weekly reports to the Top management.
