We specialize in web and mobile solutions development leveraging cutting edge AI technologies. Our clients range from startups to commercial enterprises and government agencies all over the US.

Our goal — help companies achieve previously impossible goals and get ahead of the competition. For now, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow company business and achieve the top 10 position among AI solutions providers in the US.

We will offer:

  1. Salary: $2 000 + % + bonus. It will depend on your experience;
  2. After several months of work, your salary will be from $3 500, but if you are a strong specialist, you can earnno less than $5 000+ ;

In your turn, you should be open-minded and goal-oriented. Also, we have a list of requirements for this position:

  • At least 2 years of B2B technology sales experience achieving quotaSales experience in IT;
  • Good understanding of data-driven technical solutions (AI understanding is a big plus);
  • Experience in building and running strong sales teams;
  • Professional English communication skills without accent;
  • Ability to meet with clients in EST timezone.

Your main responsibilities:

  1. Develop sales strategy to achieve company growth objectives;
  2. Build a strong Business Development team from existing and new members;
  3. Meet new clients and build trusted-advisor relationships with them;
  4. Become expert in company’s offerings and provide solutions to client’s business problems that are impossible to solve without AI;
  5. Work with Delivery Team to ensure successful project outcomes and generate additional business from existing clients;
  6. Create and maintain regular reports of sales KPIs using CRM.
