Job Positions: Sales Development and New Innovative Product Launch Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Launch new product Innovations (T3) on RU/UA/Baltics coverage
• Design / execute new Rout To Market for innovation products across different markets and different channels (MT/TT/On-trade)
• Build / Launch Trade Marketing activation plan to the new Innovation products
• Lead sales launch of Borjomi core (T1-T2) product innovations across IDS Borjomi International in key channels: MT / TT / On-trade
• Drive designed sales Rout to Market execution on core home markets

Preferred candidate:

• Trade Marketing person with strong sales background (MT / TT / On-trade)
• Sales (KAM)
• Capabilities to launch new SKUs across markets (small / new categories)
• Strong understanding of Rout to Market process
• Different markets background (RU / UA/ other regions)
