Algorithm Scientist

RnD department of Huawei Ukraine is looking for Algorithm Scientist to join our business!

Responsibilities:

• Construct the technical direction of cloud-related algorithms in the leading industry, improve the leading breakpoint of product technology through core algorithms, and evaluate and review the public cloud technology roadmap.
• Deep into public cloud products, abstract mathematical problems, algorithm modeling, solving the real product pain point problem, incubating leading algorithm technology.
• Construct the leading technological influence in the industry, publishing and promoting scientific research achievements, patent application and pre-embedding.
• Lead the team to break through major algorithmic issues

Qualifications Required:

• AWS, Azure, AliYun and other algorithm projects have prioritized success, including but not limited to algorithmic projects such as storage, scheduling, optimization, and security.
• PhD degree in Computer science, Math, Physics, etc., OR successful participation at international/local competition

in particular for math, programming, good scores from leading university. Publications, patents will be considered

as an advantage.

Absolutely necessary skills (at least one item):

• Have a deep accumulation in the field of cloud computing and algorithms, and be able to judge and direction the technology and industry..
• Successful Algorithmic Project Experience in Building Public Cloud Leading Industry
• Frontier technical vision, grasp of technical trends, and the introduction of new technologies, solid data or algorithm accumulation least one .
• At least proficient in a programming language C / C + + / Java.

Important skills that will be considered as a plus:

• Experience in algorithm development for one of the domain: data mining, machine learning, optimization etc.
• Experience in working with ARM related software or hardware.
• Good knowledge of IaaS,PaaS, AaaS, Openstack, Docker and other cloud computing technologies;
• Leading edge distributed and parallel computing, cloud computing, cognitive computing research background.
• Experience in production or open-source software development.
• Strong mathematical background, algorithm skills.
• Winner of ACM, Math competitions
