Throughout more than 15 years in the business, we have created a unique product for communication service providers - an open-source and open architecture platform to run business operations (BSS - Business Support System), enabling any type of telecom business. Our solution is adopted by more than 400 telco operators in 90 countries.

It is time to take it to the next level. We have the technology and the team to beat most of the incumbent BSS telecom suppliers and sell to large international operators. We need a skilled and professional marketing content creator to lead our activities to deliver the benefits of our product to the customers!

Responsibilities:

• Create a pipeline of customer stories and case studies, promoting the successful company experience of delivering the product to different customers and their types;
• Develop targeted product messaging per each of the customer segments;
• Create updates on the product descriptions and presentations for customers and internal company teams;
• Writing press-releases and blog posts on the product;
• Support product strategy team with compelling product messaging.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of copywriting experience within a high-tech / IT company;
• Professional level of English, both oral and written skills;
• Ability to coordinate the content gathering, research and analysis within the company and external sources.
