Lawyer

Large agricultural enterprise is looking for an in-house lawyer to support our expanding legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting financial agreements with Ukrainian and foreign banks and funds (loan, surety, guarantee, pledge and mortgage agreements

Drafting international contracts

Formation and support of companies in multiple jurisdictions (including cooperation with foreign lawyers, registrars, agents, brokers etc.

Opening bank accounts in Ukraine and abroad

Advice on labour law issues

Skills:

• Advanced English;
• Experience in drafting financial agreements;
• Attention to details;
• Multitasking;
• Strong communication, stress resistance, team player.
