Our company is looking for an Account Manager with at least 1+ year experience in IT. The main purpose of this position is to organize work with clients and manage resources.
Requirements:
- - 1+ year of experience as an account or sales manager is a must (advantage if in the IT industry);
- - English - Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- - Work experience with UpWork, Linkedin, and other services;
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- - Analytical and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- - Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs;
- - Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs;
- - Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business;
- - Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization;
- - Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
