We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to organise and support the well-coordinated work of our marketing department. The main task is to coordinate the operational activities of the department.
.?Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing in b2c product companies;?
Experience in calculating ROMI, CAC, LTV predictive;?
Experience in setting up Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager;?
Experience with Voluum, Ahrefs, Serpstat;?
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;?
Strong organizational skills, high attention to details;?
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;?
Upper-Intermediate English.?
Responsibilities
Deal with the day-to-day operative, remove obstacles in the work of the team, solve organizational issues;?
Plan and execute monthly marketing budget;?
Manage marketing promotions: setup, launch and results analysis;?
Manage marketing process, payment for marketing services, invoices;?
Together with Digital Marketing Manager, analyze data on website traffic, conversions, marketing funnel efficiency and develop measures to improve key indicators;?
Together with Head of Marketing and Acquisition Team Lead, participate in the strategic development of the department;?
Developing a marketing roadmap with Team Leaders and monitoring its implementation?
