Our product is in demand in the markets in different countries. We are looking for a person who will build a sales department in each office and establish the necessary processes within the departments.

 

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Working experience in B2B, B2C and B2B2C segments;
  • Advanced English conversation;
  • To be ready for business trips;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High level organization skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Analytical mind and good collaboration skills;
  • Working experience to manage projects with multiple tracks as a high-energy leader;
  • Working experience to manage monthly forecast;
  • Working experience with LOA management with internal process control;
  • Working experience to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies;
  • Experience in Business Analysis (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting);
  • Working experience with Finance systems;
  • Must have attention to details and commitment to quality;
  • To be results-driven and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

Optimization and implementation of sales process:

  • Workflows;
  • Sales activities;
  • Lead generation;
  • Conversion rates;

 

 

  • Performance metrics analyses;
  • Formulation and implementation of recommended compensation and incentives program;
  • Monthly promo and pricing analysis;
  • Business intelligence services;
  • Assessment and adoption of sales methodologies;
  • Sales territory assignment and growth forecasting;
  • Maintenance of communication and collaboration channels;
  • Content sharing and management;
  • Performance management software if needed;
  • Training & development of Sales Team (coaching and mentoring);
  • Good knowledge of CRM-systems;

Selection of enablement software and other technology tools:

  • Email automation;
  • Communication and conferencing tools;
  • Data analytics software;
  • Contract lifecycle management;
  • Forms and templates.
