Scope and Responsibilities:
Scope
The Developer will perform development and support activities for Finance, Billing and CRM systems supporting ACO Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova. S/he will act as back-up when the lead is unavailable.
Amadeus is a world-wide company, and the Developer will interact with people in other countries.
Solution Development and Defects Fixes
- Perform all phases of development of specific changes to the system:
Collect business needs from key stakeholders and determine other types of requirements (security…)
Design the solution to meet the needs and requirements
Implement the solution and perform appropriate levels of testing
Work with the requestor and key stakeholders to validate the solution
Communicate to stakeholders and implement the solution in production
- Ensure the quality of the solution and strive to identify and fix all defects
- Ensure the Implementation and continuous improvement of the development processes
Customer and Production Support
- Ensure the systems are available according to availability agreements with key stakeholders
- Ensure the systems are working correctly and the business teams can perform their work. Address any incidents, fulfill any request as necessary
- Become a recognized customer point of contact for all inquiries or support issues and services requests on the systems in scope.
- Manage customer satisfaction and service experience with a specific emphasis on customer care and the collection of customer feedback
- Ensure the Implementation and continuous improvement of the Incident and service management processes
- Advise internal partners on potential support issues and risks
- Use consistently ITIL best practices
Candidate Profile
The candidate will have experience developing and supporting 1C as well as understanding how to configure it. Other side applications are also used therefore the candidate must be able to work in a diverse environment.
Good communication skills are required to work with local business partners, users as well as other Amadeus team members.
The candidate must be able to work independently.
Skills Needed
General development and support experience > 5 years
1C development > 5 years
SQL > 5 years
Windows server and SQL server administration > 5 years
Web services > 2 years
SAP or another similar ERP system > 2 year
Ukraine accounting practices > 2 years
International accounting practices > 1 year
Some knowledge of FlyDoc, MeDoc
Similarities with C#, Java Script will be nice to have
Languages:

Russian Fluent
English Upper-Intermediate
