We invite those who:
- Understands the value chain between training and key performance indicators of the sales team
- Analyzes training needs of the sales team and develops strategic and tactical training plan.
- Organizes and conductes training activities of various formats (trainings, webinars, workshops, etc.) on(off)line within company and with external providers;
- Methodologically works on creating training content and administration of learning activities in LMS
- Conduct field coaching
- Organizes, conductes, and analyzes the results of the Sales Force team annual certification
- Initiates and participates in the development of the certification content: tests, check, letters, etc.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators for training and development.
- Understands the value chain between training and key performance indicators of the sales team
