Position summary

This is an internal position at Upwork on a contract basis.

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter with a developed network of candidates in Ukraine to help us hire the most qualified engineers in this region and other parts of the world.

Requirements

— 8+ years of in-house recruitment experience in a tech company(s);
— strong sourcing and negotiation skills: you can find and attract qualified candidates without the job boards;
— getting things done mindset: you are proactive in closing the positions and doing all necessary actions in this direction, with minimum supervision from others;
— at least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
— you are comfortable working in both sourcer and full-stack recruiter modes;
— “quality not quantity” is one of your key principles of work.
