Planning and Supply Chain Manager

Our client, a well-known international companyis announcing an opening for

Planning and Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day Supply chain activity

• Monitor outbound and inbound activities: check sales result compared to plans, analyze delays of sales and supply.
• Daily interact with HQ, Vendors, Inbound on issues of various supply chain operational issues: confirmed RTF, shortage analysis, model line-up, sales expectation and demand alterations.
• Purchase Order managing, creating manual PO for different types of biz activities: standard PO to vendors, stock-transfer PO, return PO. Check Open PO list/items, cleaning up.

KPI review and analysis

• Monitor Supply Chain KPI, analyze reasons of delay against the target level, identify areas of possible improvement and take/propose corrective measures.
• Analyze model sales trend based on trend in the previous months/weeks and distributor's report.
• List up models with slow inventory (over 30 days/zero demand), aging inventory (warning for 31~60, 60~ immediate sell-out plan), block and damage stock (scrapping, re-packing, sell-out with discount). Discuss with Sales team clean-up plan.

Process improvement and employee teaching

• Arrangement of meetings for issues which can have effect on Demand changing.
• Demand update and input according to agreed changes during meeting on AP1 level by disty, copy AP2 from AP1.
• Review sales targets, customers’ orders, actual sales, channel inventory, new product launching, etc. Demand Plan Consensus set up. Check results vs. to previous week targets.
• Teaching employees of company's rules and operation methods.

Requirements:

• at least 5 years of relevant work experience is required;
• from FMCG, Production or Retail and distribution;
• preferably with working experience in multinational company;
• good understanding of logistics operations and principles of material / resource planning and supply management;
• professional knowledge of Excel (Power Query is a must, VBA will be an advantage) and good English;
• high quantitative skills, proactive, attentive, dedicated, disciplined;
• readiness for intensive work on one of the key positions in the company - industry leader.
